Shipping & turnaround
Turnaround is different for each game, and the clock starts when you finish your answers, not when you pay.

Changes, cancellations & returns
You have 24 hours to change anything or cancel. Production begins 24 hours after you order. Inside that window your dashboard has live Edit and Cancel buttons and a countdown — edit any answer, swap a photo, or cancel for a full refund, without emailing anyone.
After 24 hours an order can’t be cancelled. An artist has started, and the game carries someone’s name and face — there’s nothing we could resell it as. For the same reason these aren’t returnable as a change of mind.
Small fixes like a spelling are often still possible after the window closes. Use the chat button in the corner of any page, or email us, and we’ll tell you honestly what we can do.
If it arrives damaged, if we misspelled something you gave us correctly, or the print quality is off — that’s on us, whenever you notice. Send a photo and we’ll remake it or refund it, your choice.
