The team

Four people and a very warm printer.

It’s a small studio, deliberately. One person designs and builds the games; three illustrators draw them. When you order, you pick which of them draws yours.

Anisha

Owner & game creator

Designs the games, writes every question from your answers, briefs the artists and hand-assembles the handmade editions. If you email the studio, you're emailing Anisha.

Rolly

Lead illustration artist

Bold outlines, high colour, caricature energy. Rolly's hand is the one behind the look most people recognise as a Yellow Dice board.

Jipaw

Illustration artist

Painterly and glossy, with a strong likeness and an editorial finish. Choose Jipaw when you want the portrait to look like a magazine cover.

Erwin

Illustration artist

Clean vector-style portraits, warm and graphic. Erwin's work reads beautifully at small sizes, which makes it excellent on card backs.

Photographs of the team are coming — these are placeholder marks for now.

Pick your artist

Three hands, three completely different results.

All the game design happens in-house. The portraits are commissioned from a human illustrator, and you choose which one — or let us match you to whoever suits your photographs best.

This choice appears in the questionnaire when you build a game with illustration in it.

Production partners

Who prints what we don’t print ourselves.

Handmade editions are produced in the Castro Valley studio. Professionally printed editions go through partners who do commercial runs properly.

Launch Tabletop

Handles our professionally printed editions at volume — the commercial print runs where finish consistency matters more than a handmade edge.

The Game Crafters

Print-on-demand components: boards, custom decks and boxes for pieces we don't produce in-studio.
